After falling incredibly unwell with a chronic medical condition, I found myself no longer able to exercise. As a former gym bunny and weightlifter I found becoming so deconditioned very difficult. I contacted Karen and we started working together at my pace. Workouts spread over 12-15 mins twice a week. Mostly stretching and mobilising. There is never any pressure to push myself more or to work ‘harder’ - the only goal being to move as much as I am able to that day. Karen has been so understanding and I trust her implicitly. I’m delighted that she is now not only my trainer but also a friend.
